Honduras Mission E-mail

Sharon Baptist Chruch is currently partnered with New Life Children's Home in Jalaca, Honduras.  Our church sponsors New Life by providing for the children finanically and by physically going and doing the Lord's work in and around the Children's Home.

James 1:27 reminds us that there is something real and true about helping orphans in their distress.   It states:

"Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world."

We have the opportunity to participate in God’s work by helping orphans in their distress while keeping ourselves from being polluted by the world. Sometimes we forget that we are polluted by the world because we don’t experience what it’s like to have so little.  The orphans @ New Life Childrens Home understand and so do those who go by faith on mission to Honduras.
